💥BREAKING: Jack Smith Testifies for 8 Hours—No Fifth Amendment Invoked, GOP Chair Says ⚡

Former special counsel Jack Smith spent eight hours behind closed doors Wednesday testifying to the House Judiciary Committee—and did not invoke his Fifth Amendment rights at any point, according to Chairman Jim Jordan.

“He did not take the Fifth like some of his deputies did,” the Ohio Republican said Thursday on Fox News.

Smith defended both federal investigations he led into Donald Trump, telling lawmakers he pursued charges without regard to party affiliation. His legal team has said Smith welcomed the chance to correct what he views as mischaracterizations of his work.🇺🇸
